Units potentially available to let, including water:
• UNIT No. 2: Exclusive rental per quarter (incl. water) £1,000
• UNIT No. 3: Exclusive rental per quarter (incl. water) £1,000
• UNIT No. 4: Exclusive rental per quarter (incl. water) £1,000
In addition there is mains electricity. Some units have single phase, others have 3-phase.
A Licence is issued for 12 months, thereafter renewable by agreement on a quarterly basis. A rent review is held every 12 months but in practice,is only applied once every four or five years.
